As Ultra's election machinations enter their final phase, Dean and Abby couldn't be further from stopping them-Dean is in a psych ward, Abby is on the run, and Kimiko can't help either of them.
But after months of Ostrander and Ultra being one step ahead, Dean finally gets an ace up his sleeve against Ostrander's brainwashed Alpha subjects...but playing it will destroy Abby's life as she knows it.
