Following Sparrow's murder, Marcus learns that he is the target of an FBI investigation.
In order to throw them off his trail, he is forced to make a decision that will destroy either his business or the US military.
Meanwhile, as Marcus struggles to contain the fallout, the powers aligning against him begin their final push to bring him down.
